At Sweet n Sassy Clothing, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Refund policy

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not issue refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. We do not offer exchanges on SWIM WEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL such as underwear etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance or final sale items.



To start an exchange, you can contact us at sweetnsassyclothingonlinehelp@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A store credit it will be emailed to you as an e-gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
